1. Can I return my purchases? 

Of course girl, you can return your item within 7 days and receive store credit or exchange for a different item. 

2. My product arrived damaged can I return it? 

Yes girl, please send us an email at pennystyle.co@gmail.com with attached photos of the damaged product. 

3. Can I get a refund on my items?

Refunds are being issued for the following cases:

- The wrong item was received in terms of color or model (evidence is needed).
- The package has arrived in a damaged condition (evidence is needed).
- The item arrived in extremely poor quality (evidence is needed).
